TransTM SES-700 is a multipurpose, single component heat curing thixtorpic paste adhesive of high impact strength and toughness, even at subzero temperatures. It is suitable for bonding a wide variety of metals and many other materials.
TransTM SES-700 cures at 150-200°C, heat resistant to 120°C, very good peel strength, good chemical resistance, thixopropic - no flow during cure, gap filling to 3 mm, exceptionally good impact strength at temperatures down to -40°C.
TransTM SES-700 may be stored for upto 3 months at 2°-8°C. The life of product is 3 months at 15-20°C after removal of from storage at 2° - 8° C.
TransTM EH-100 is a low viscous room temprature general purpose reactive polyamine Hardener with lower vapour pressure. It is commonly employed for hand layup applications. Being reactive, it gives a short pot life and rapid cure at normal temperatures.
TransTM EH-100 can be cross linked with a variety of Epoxy Resins depending on properties desired in the finished products and processing conditions employed. This can be suitably formulated into high strength adhesive, solvent free and with solvent coatings on floor toppings. Some commonly used Epoxy Resin's recommended concentrations with typical cure schedules are employed in major end use applications. For best results we suggest combinations of TransTM Epoxy Resins ER-055 / ER-077 / ER-088 / ER-099. Percentage recommended 10 to 15%.
TApplications : TransTM EH-100 can be used as an intermediate for curing agents and direct curing agents for epoxy resins. The Largest application is surface coatings, intermediary for auxiliary agents used in paper, Textile, glue Industries and asphalt emulsifiers.
TransTM EH-200-is a low-viscosity, modified cycloaliphatic, accelerated polyamine hardner. Trans TM-200 commonly used in combinations with suitable epoxy resins such as TransTM ER-055 / ER-077 / ER-088 / ER-099. It is suitable for the production of solvent base floorings, epoxy resins mortars and anti corrosive coatings.
TransTM EH-200 used with suitable resins make it a low level viscosity making it easy to work, high level of reactivity with adequate working time which can be extended with the proportional use of less reactive hardener, very good curing property, good mechanical properties, high chemical resistance, smooth glossy, non tacky cures films, good corrosion protector, Good colour stability etc., Recommended mix ratio 50% to 60%. Shelf life one year up to degree centigrade.
TransTM EH-150 is a low-viscosity, modified cycloaliphatic, accelerated polyamine hardener. TransTM 150 commonly used in combination with suitable epoxy resins such as TransTM ER-055 / ER-077 / ER-088 / ER-099. It is suitable for the production of solvent free floorings, epoxy resins mortars and anti corrosive coatings.

TransTM EH-540 is a high amine value general purpose polyamide resin used as a curing agent for various epoxy resins. Epoxy resins combined with TransTM EH-540 is suitable for protective and decorative coating, solvent less floor coatings, heavy-filled mastics, epoxy resin mortars and reaction adhesive.
TransTM ER-540 can be cross linked with a variety of Epoxy Resins depending on properties desired in the finished products and processing conditions employed. This can be suitably formulated into high strength adhesive, solvent free coatings and floor toppings. Epoxy Resin's recommended concentrations, typical cure schedules employed in major end use applications are TransTM Epoxy Resins ER-055 / ER-077 / ER-088 / ER-099.

Medium penetration and good gloss can be achieved after curing and polishing. For best results :- * Roughen, dry and degrease surfaces to be bonded. *Squeeze out equal by volume, from both bottles. * Mix thoroughly, the mixture must be used within it's pot life of 30-45 Minutes (at room temperature, 20°-30°). * Clamp joint overnight as TO-BondTM sets.
